Looking for sales professionals to provide a Truly Exceptional experience for our customers. Must be of high integrity and discipline, possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and desire to achieve personal growth.
This referral program pays you the following;
If your referral is hired and delivers the number of cars shown per month you will receive:
30 Days your referral sells and delivers 8 cars, you receive $500
60 Days your referral sells and delivers 9 cars, you receive $500
90 Days your referral sells and delivers 10 cars, you receive $500
120 Days
150 Days
180 Days, 3 months, your referral sells an average of 12 cars delivered, you will receive $1000
210 Days
240 Days
270 Days, 3 months, your referral sells an average of 15 cars delivered, you will receive $1500
300 Days
330 Days, 2 months, your referral sells an average of 20 cars delivered, you will receive $2000
365 Days - If your referral sold an average of 18 cars per month for the year, your pay is $4000.
This program will pay you $10,000 for the year for a Truly Exceptional employee.
Also you can refer as may prospective candidates as you like and should we hire more than one, you do the math!
